iced make beautiful bespoke wedding cakes, cupcakes and cookies for weddings across Wales, Cardiff and the South-West. iced is run by Hannah Vokes who trained as a chef de patisserie at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts academy in London and worked at a Michelin starred restaurant in the city before returning to South Wales to establish iced. Hannah has a true passion for cake! She creates all of her own delectably delicious recipes so is able to offer something different from the norm. Only the finest ingredients are used to make iced's cakes and as far as possible ingredients are organic or sourced locally.

Stacked / tiered cakes Hannah offers a truly bespoke service, spending time with couples to discuss ideas, colour palates and design elements before designing her beautiful cakes. Designs are sketched out and refined during consultation to create a truly unique cake. Cupcakes One of iced specialties are amazingly delicious cupcakes. They make British-style cupcakes topped with poured fondant icing and American-style cupcakes with sumptuous swirled buttercream frosting. Popular flavours include zesty lemon, sumptuous chocolate, funky monkey, blueberry whirl and strawberry sundae to name but a few! Popular for a modern alternative to the traditional tiered wedding cake, as dessert at the end of a meal, or as favours for the table these little treats are hard to resist! Cookies iced make individually designed and hand piped cookies which are perfect as wedding favours; each cookie comes individually packaged and tied with a ribbon to match your colour palate. Guests’ names can be individually piped on each cookie to double up as delicious place names! Tea Parties Tea parties are the new cool in sophisticated entertaining.
